1. General Agreement

These Terms of Sale constitute the general agreement between Parrot Surf & Skate (seller) and the customer (buyer) for the purchase of goods and services.

2. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before shipment of goods. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

For Brazilian customers: All shipments to Brazil require CPF/CNPJ numbers for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax identification numbers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. International Sales

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. We will facilitate warranty claims but are not directly responsible for warranty service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods sold. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
