Bones X-Formula 97a

Product Description

The Bones X-Formula 97a Double Locks is a wide, confident street wheel. The V7 profile has straighter sidewalls that help the wheel settle into grinds and lock in, while the extra width gives you more control when you throw it sideways.

X-Formula urethane is tuned for rebound, so it rolls fast and helps soften hard landings. At 97a it also takes the edge off rough pavement without losing the slide and grip balance Bones is known for.

A 58mm diameter keeps these quick through transition, making them a good pick for skaters who split time between the street and the park.

FAQs

Q: What is the V7 shape good for?
A: The flatter, wider sidewall helps the wheel lock into grinds and gives more control in slides.

Q: Will 58mm wheels need risers?
A: On most street trucks 58mm fits without risers, but on smaller trucks or soft bushings a 1/8 inch riser can help prevent wheel bite.

Q: Do bearings come with these wheels?
A: No. They come as a set of 4 wheels without bearings. We stock bearings in the shop and online.

Q: Can I pick this up locally?
A: Yes. Check availability at Parrot Surf & Skate in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
