Polar Emile Laurent Accordion Dog 8.375 Short Skateboard Deck

Product Description

Emile Laurent's Accordion Dog pro model has one of the most playful graphics in Polar Skate Co.'s Spring 2026 line.

This is the 8.375" Short shape: 31.9" long with a 14.125" wheelbase. The shorter wheelbase makes it feel nimble, so it's great for street, ledges and quick park lines.

FAQs

Q: What does 'Short' mean on a Polar deck?
A: Polar's Short shapes have a shorter length and wheelbase than its standard shape at the same width, so the board turns and spins a little quicker.

Q: What size trucks should I run on this deck?
A: For an 8.375" deck, a 144mm truck (Independent 144 or similar) is a good starting point, so the axle lines up close to the edge of the board. Stop by and we'll help you match trucks in person.

Q: Does this deck come with grip tape?
A: No. This listing is for the deck only. Grip tape, trucks, wheels, bearings and hardware are sold separately, and we carry all of them in the shop.

Q: Can I pick this up locally?
A: Yes. Stop by Parrot Surf & Skate in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and we can help you set up your board.
