The Powell-Peralta Dragon Formula 97a is the firmest wheel in the Dragon lineup, a good fit for skaters who want hard-wheel snap with a little more forgiveness on cracked lots and rough sidewalks.

Dragon urethane is built for high rebound, so these hold their speed through bowls and transitions instead of feeling sluggish like an ordinary mid-durometer wheel. They grip when you need to carve and break loose cleanly for slides and reverts.

This set uses the V6 shape: a symmetrical, double-radial profile with a sidecut, a medium ride patch and a center-set bearing, so you can flip the wheels to even out wear. A solid everyday wheel for street, park and the mixed pavement you find all over the Lowcountry.
