Anti Hero Gerwer Grimplestix Grimplenator DBX 8.25 Skateboard Deck

Product Description

Frank Gerwer has been part of the Anti Hero family since the early days, and this Grimple Stix Grimplenator board is his pro model. The red and orange Grimplenator graphic is classic Grimple Stix: loud, a little weird, and unmistakably Anti Hero.

It's built on DBX, Deluxe's lighter, thinner take on a maple deck. You get the same 8.25" street width with less weight underfoot, which makes it a good pick for flip tricks, ledges and quick lines at the local park.

FAQs

Q: What does DBX mean?
A: DBX is a Deluxe construction that uses thinner, lighter layers than a standard deck while keeping the same shape. Expect a lighter, snappier board.

Q: What size trucks should I run on this deck?
A: For an 8.25" deck, a 144mm truck (Independent 144 or similar) is a good starting point, so the axle lines up close to the edge of the board. Stop by and we'll help you match trucks in person.

Q: Does this deck come with grip tape?
A: No. This listing is for the deck only. Grip tape, trucks, wheels, bearings and hardware are sold separately, and we carry all of them in the shop.

Q: Can I pick this up locally?
A: Yes. Stop by Parrot Surf & Skate in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and we can help you set up your board.
